Working Student Contract Standards Research Assistant (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant or Intern to join our team. As part of this project, you will analyse and compare various contract standards used in different regions and countries. Your responsibilities will include:
Your Tasks:
Research and Analysis:
Investigate different Sales and After Sales contracts for wind energy projects (price, compensation, late payments and other risks)
Understand legal and commercial implications associated with each contract type.
Identify pros and cons to help inform decision-making.
Documentation:
Create detailed summaries of contract types, highlighting key features, risks, and benefits.
Prepare comparative charts or tables for easy reference.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the project team to share findings and insights.
Contribute to discussions on best practices and recommendations.
Your Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student (undergraduate or graduate level).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Interest in contract law, business, or project management.
Excellent communication in German and English and teamwork abilities
