Skyborn is currently engaged in a program to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management system across all company functions in all locations globally. This project will transform operations, digitize processes and bring them into a cloud based ERP environment. An integral component of this effort is to ensure users having the knowledge, training and support needed to utilize business systems effectively.

Global ERP Program Lead (all genders)
Your future tasks:

• Assess and validate the scope and impact of the required change by utilizing a clear methodology and reviewing the holistic scope of this transformation project across the impacted technology and business areas.
• Develop and implement an integrated change management strategy and plan.
• Understand the complexity of the Skyborn organization by identifying and managing ERP project stakeholders.
• Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives while providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through this transition.
• Provide the overall leadership and guidance for a dedicated team of ERP team members that support activities for the project.
• Institute the means for measuring, reporting and assessing change management effectiveness across the full lifecycle of the project.
• Ensure that the ERP team is aware and actively contributing to all other corporate development activities as appropriate to ensure the change impact is considered in all aspects of ERP implementation.
• Integrate innovative approaches and continuous improvement ideas into all aspects of project deliverables including creative use of digital media.

Your profile

• University degree in Business, Technology or other related fields.
• Proven professional experience in both operational and consulting roles supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience managing change related to ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments, preferably experience with implementing SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business, of specific process and service changes and to make these tangible for employees.
• Excellent engagement, relationship building and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels across a diverse and global environment with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Passion for developing creative ways to optimize engagement and learning as well as proven experience applying innovative and creative solutions to drive change adoption.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus (but not required).
