T&I Manager IAC (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• You will prepare technical plans for the work packages inner park and export cables for connection to the onshore power grid of our offshore wind farms.
• You specify the performance and scope of delivery for orders regarding the supply and installation of inner park and export cable systems. In doing so, you will apply your experience in defining the project requirements.
• You will accompany the tendering process, negotiations with potential contractors and implement individual negotiation targets.
• In doing so, you will evaluate bids and prepare recommendations for the award of contracts as part of the team.
• During project execution, you will be part of the implementation team and work independently on subtasks.
• The scope of the project life cycle ends for your task with the acceptance and subsequent handover of the submarine cable system to our O&M team for the operational phase.

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in marine engineering, civil engineering or electrical engineering
• You have sound professional experience in the field of medium and high voltage cable systems, ideally in the field of offshore wind
• Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Office and are fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• You enjoy and are interested in working in an international team, have strong communication skills and team orientation, and are willing to travel and have intercultural skills
• You are able to lead complex processes to a structured process control and maintain an overview even at a high work pace
• You identify yourself to a high degree with renewable energies
