Your tasks

• Technical advice for international customers and processing of inquiries
• Carrying out quotation and order processing
• Initiating orders for spare parts
• Ensuring internal and external quotation and delivery date tracking
• Coordination of warehousing, shipping and logistics service providers
• Processing of complaints
• Ensuring invoice verification
• Administration of customer and article master data
• Supporting the performance controlling in the spare parts business
• Further development of business processes in the spare parts business, including spare parts proposal lists, predictive maintenance and inventory optimization

Your profile

• Completed technical training with additional commercial qualification, knowledge of the maritime industry desirable
• Experience in spare parts sales desirable
• Good technical understanding
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of MS Access desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good communication skills and a proactive, engaging manner towards customers
• Affinity for numbers and a conscientious, careful way of working
• Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation to further develop your own skills and area of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of humor
