Senior Specialist System Integration Engineer (all genders)

Your future tasks:
For ongoing and future tasks, we are looking for an Engineer to focus on detailed technical interface clarifications and alignments in between the different stakeholders like the Transmission System Operator and internal offshore wind farm project teams.
This includes engaging in the following responsibilities and activities:

• Manage and align technical interfaces for the grid connection and windfarm operation:
• Assessment of the grid connection regulations, with focus on the interface with the Transmission System Operator.
• Align and define system requirements and specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders to obtain and communicate relevant information for an optimised decision making and design process.
• Assist and supervise basic to detailed design activities during the different stages of the Project, having a focus on electrical, communication and control (SCADA/IT/OT) systems and interfaces.
• Interact with suppliers on the needed scope, supporting the tender and work alignment.
• Provide input to the project team on related topics with respect to time, work and resource planning.

Your profile

• Bachelor or master's in electrical engineering, system engineering or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge and work experience within the offshore wind energy industry and transmission systems. Preferably in the area of electrical or system engineering for:
• generation, transmission and distribution
• with focus on SCADA and IT/OT systems
• Offshore experience would be beneficial.
• A proactive attitude and mindset to approach tasks, for turning challenges into solutions.
