(Senior) Specialist Procurement & Contract Management (all genders)
Your future tasks:
During the tender phase of the project, you will:
- Support the project team with procurement needs.
- Assess requirements, prepare tender documents, and identify suppliers.
- Run tenders, negotiate, and coordinate with legal, customs, and other experts.
- Finalize contracts, secure internal approvals, and manage contract follow-up, including invoicing.
- Resolve contract-related queries and provide reporting.
During the contract execution phase of the project, you will:
- Support the Work Package Manager with contractual matters.
- Ensure both parties meet contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Contracts & Claim Managers to assess contractual impacts.
- Evaluate payment requests and manage the payment schedule.
- Analyze the contractual and commercial impacts of technical decisions.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Management, Procurement & Supply Chain and/or relevant work experience.
- Profound experience in procurement and contract & claims management, ideally of larger offshore wind scopes through tendering and execution in the construction phase.
- You are structured in your approach, curious and willing to develop further in your career, you are a fast learner and able to adapt quickly.
- You are comfortable to work in a dynamic and demanding environment, able to meet tight deadlines and produce concise information while acting as sparring partner to the organization.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
