Senior Corporate Controller (all genders)

Your future tasks:

As Senior Corporate Controller (all genders) you are providing the management and the shareholder with meaningful and relevant financial reports and analysis. You are helping with steering the company by establishing processes for budgeting, planning and forecasting.

• Developing and establishing the regular management reporting including analytics and disclosure.
• Being the owner of corporate controlling, forecasting and the budgeting process for a globally structured organization with multiple subgroups.
• Partnering with the wider finance team and business on your functional areas of expertise including potential involvement in strategic initiatives.
• Providing analytical and ad-hoc support to the finance leadership team and supporting the management team by setting up effective steering processes that focus on the performance of the company for all life cycle stages of the business.
• In a growing organization, you have the opportunity to quickly become an experienced team member instructing and guiding new joiners in the finance department.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a relevant degree in finance or in a technical discipline with additional economical education or experience.
• You have experience in controlling of an investment business, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the common accounting systems (e.g. LucaNet, DATEV) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and have experience in dealing with financial investor’s needs.
• You are highly structured with an independent and process-oriented way of working and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Excel, including dashboard expertise, and are fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
