• Implementation and plausibility check of the allocation rate calculations
• Further development of cost center and cost unit accounting, including setting up activity-based costing
• Support in the (further) development of integrated, multi-year budget planning
• Ensuring sales controlling, including post-calculation of projects
• Ensuring performance controlling, including in the areas of project performance, working capital, production times and CAPEX
• Carrying out ad hoc analyses and investment calculations
• Development and provision of department-specific key performance indicators
• Providing targeted, meaningful and visually appealing reporting
• Communication with all departments, especially coordination with the “IT, Data & Digitization” department

your profile

• Completed business studies, alternatively completed commercial training
• Further training as a certified controller (IHK) (m/f/d) or through the Controller Academy is desirable
• Several years of professional experience as a (senior) controller
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Access
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, e.g. MS PowerBI, is an advantage
• Experience in financial modeling advantageous
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• High affinity for IT and numbers as well as a conscientious, careful way of working
• Very good communication skills, high assertiveness and ability to be discreet
• Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation to further develop your own skills and area of ​​responsibility
