Satellite System Engineer - OPS IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Tasks

We are looking for an engineer to help us to develop IT infrastructure (HW and SW) needed to efficiently operate our satellites. Are you interested in Space Technology?
In general that is what you will probably do in our spacecraft operations team:
Require specification of HW needed to run our SW and perform operations in the long run
Support Development of SW related to satellite spacecrafts, both for command and monitor satellites or to store and process data
Production and validation witht the satellite or the simulator of Flight Procedures
Support to Launch Campaign and Early Operations
Participation to project and mission reviews and test campaigns at need
Your Qualifications
Degree in IT Engineering, another engineering discipline, or a scientific field
Experience on Windows (DOS-cmd) and Linux (Bash or similar)
Knowledge about RTEMS will be an asset
Good experience in Coding: C. C++, C#, Java, Python, Groovy, similar
Virtualisation: VirtualBox, VMPlayer, VMWare knowledge
Container: Docker or similar knowledge
Database: MySQL, PostGreSql or similar knowledge
Data: Data Gathering, Data Aggregation, Big Data, Time Series
Excellent communication skills in English. German is an advantage
Willing to work as part of an international team and learn about Spacecraft Operations
