The team - your impact
We are running a European scale transformation program. Our unit aims to engage all regional E.ON businesses in their journey to modernize and/or create a state-of-the-art commercial platform serving our customers. Commercial platforms support us to give excellent service from new potential customers to existing customers by managing their customer journey from lead-to-contract, contract-to-fulfillment.
Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
- You are going to join a team of professionals and managers, working with our international units to successfully transform their commercial IT platforms
- You are going to work jointly with central and regional teams in a collaborative manner to plan, setup and deliver transformation projects according to our Digital Sales Platform roadmap
- You will use your commercial platform consultancy skills to support our Business Units in planning and designing S/4 HANA applications
- You will widely use your project management skills within our international units to manage implementation activities
- You are in constant coordination with the stakeholders and report directly to the project steering committee consisting of members of the top management and group representatives
- You manage a complex project or a set of sub-projects to in the field of SAP contract to cash (Billing). You manage the scope, time, quality, budget of the implementation project
- You work with peers in other regions to implement international best practices into your project
- You manage the project with agile methodology
- Your daily tasks will be to manage project team, perform project tracking and monitoring, assess risks, determine countermeasures, manage integration issues, coordinate between affected projects
our Profile - authentic & open-minded
- Higher education in IT, economics, or technolog, and multiple years of relevant professional experience in (agile) project management
- Committed and driven IT delivery manager (f/m/d) with experience in the implementation of SAP billing or ERP solutions
- Strong understanding of commercial IT platforms (SAP ECC, SAP/4 HANA, SAP Engagement) from technological aspect
- Understanding of energy sales business
- Experience in applying agile methods
- Strong ability to think ahead with a distinctive capability to understand complex situations and develop solutions
- Excellent team- and self-motivation skills
- Excellent command of English and one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Croatian (min. C1 level)
- Motivation to travel up to 1-2 days a week
