Sales & Marketing Specialist for Insurance Programmes

Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing for IP and captives
- Coordinating and fueling global marketing and thought leadership initiatives to promote our IP and captive value proposition
- Promoting the IP and Captive value proposition at market events and conferences
- Building and managing client and broker relationship
- Monitoring market trends and competition with relevance for IP and captive business and performing peer benchmarkings
- Building an IP specific sales steering and reporting framework and analysing sales data and results
- Collaborating with the sales and IP community and other internal stakeholders globally (including international programmes, captives, global marketing & sales) as well as the local MDs and sales teams
Your profile
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Not less than 10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably in the commercial insurance industry
- Strong understanding of the multinational or international programme product and its market dynamics
- Experience in working with global brokers and large corporate clients across different geographies
- Experience in working with global markets and managing international sales operations is a plus
- Prior leadership skills within a matrix organization, successfully aligning different perspectives (e.g., local vs. global, different lines of business or functions)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach
- Multicultural experience and proficiency in different languages in addition to English
