Ihre Aufgaben
We are looking for you, a Sales Manager (m/f/diverse), to support our area Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) at our site in Northeim.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Defining, developing and executing acquisition strategy and achieving agreed order intake targets for assigned customer(s) and assigned segment
- Executing all sales activities to achieve/improve target margins of existing business
- Executing all tasks within sales process from G10-G110: (Pre-acquisition, Negotiation Phase, Project Development Phases, Serial Sales, Spare Part Sales)
- Overall Sales Responsibility for assigned customers and tasks
- Customer strategy and relationship
- RFQ Process and New Business quotations
- Customer requirements and technology trends
- Competitive Intelligence; Pricing, Margin Improvement; Claim management; Customer Contracts
- Focusing on results: Sales Reporting, FC, Budget, StratPlan
- Handling customer issues and concerns
- Assuring teamwork with OESL functions to support our customers

Ihr Profil
- Academic degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or Economics / B2B Marketing or similar qualification
- Several years experience in sales and/ or engineering and/ or project management in automotive business preferred
- OE Customer Relationship and Key Account Management experience
- Sales Project Management and Business Processes knowledge
- OE Customer relevant standards, processes and tools
- Strategic knowledge and understanding
- Good Commercial and Financial Knowledge
- Contract and legal knowledge
- Fluent German and business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Technical knowledge
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit as well as solution focused
