Sales Manager (d/f/m)
As a Druck Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning business through existing customer management and development of new OEM accounts within the Oil & Gas / Energy industry. The role will involve development/execution of strategies for mid/long-term growth within an assigned geographical region within Europe.
In this customer facing role, you will be required to:
- Develop pipeline and secure orders for Druck products within a specified geographical region in Europe.
- Handle customer requirements through technical product knowledge and application knowledge of the environment where the solutions will be used. The sales process requires regular customer facetime, management of existing key accounts, along with a key focus on pro-active development of new business.
- Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders at the customer side and internally within our company.
- Support and develop OEM customers within the Oil & Gas / Energy industries.
- Manage the entire sales process, including accurate forecasting via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, SFDC Deal Machine.
- Develop strategy plans for growth within existing customers and new business areas.
- Role is home based in Germany with an expectation of 70% of time spent travelling within Germany / Europe.
The preferred candidate will ideally have knowledge and experience of working in the Oil & Gas / Energy markets. Technical sales experience would also be a plus.
