In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Handling entire recruitment processes for straightforward roles, focusing on efficient process management, administrative accuracy and high service levels to hiring managers
Supporting and is hands-on in the full recruitment process, from job postings to final offer
Organizing local hiring events and regional onboarding activities in the region
Ensuring a positive, engaging and inclusive candidate experience from the initial contact through to successful onboarding
Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes
To succeed you must hold:
Completed studies, preferably in the field of business administration, psychology or human resources
At least 4 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally experience with active sourcing
High customer- and solution-oriented approach, international mindset and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good written and spoken English and German skills are essential, French skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of Office applications, experience with SAP/HR and/or Workday is an advantage
