Intern HR Compensation & Structure (m/f/d)

  • Streamline compensation-related processes and document improvements in Workday.
  • Optimize supervisory and functional organization structures, and maintain the job catalog.
  • Assist in implementing Workday Advanced Compensation features and support compensation projects.
  • Establish and support the framework for our People Mobility program, including employee transfers.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on ongoing projects, including documentation and process mapping.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); interest in HR technology and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful HR projects.
