your Tasks

• Support for all departments in the development of operational measures
• Quantification of operational measure effects and controlling of measure implementation
• Interface communication between specialist departments and data engineering
• Modeling of business processes
• Conducting internal training courses, meetings and workshops and change management
• Executing data analyses and creating presentations
• Supporting digitalization measures, including benchmarking system solutions and tools
• Maintaining the internal knowledge database
• Further development of business processes in your own area of responsibility and tasks

your profile

• Graduated in business administration, industrial engineering or (business) informatics, alternatively completed commercial training combined with several years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• High IT affinity and a structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good communication skills, high assertiveness and ability to moderate
• Ability to work under pressure, creativity and curiosity
• Willingness to take on responsibility and motivation to further develop your own knowledge and area of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of humor
