Global HR Specialist Reporting & Data (m/f/d)

  • Design and develop custom and standard reports using Workday Report Writer, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports as well as create and maintain dashboards and scorecards within Workday
  • Build Workday reports for key business areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting
  • Optimize reports for performance and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data governance
  • Extract, cleanse, and manipulate large data sets from Workday for analysis and ensure data integrity within Workday by performing regular audits and reconciliations
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable insights
  • Configure report security to ensure proper data access controls, working closely with the security team
  • Ensure all reporting activities comply with GDPR, SOX, and other data privacy and regulatory standards
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting, offering guidance and support and train end users and HR staff on report functionalities and best practices for utilizing Workday analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Workday, focusing on reporting, analytics, and data management
  • Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer and Calculated Fields
  • Knowledge of Workday security roles and best practices in data privacy and compliance
  • Strong Project Management experiences and competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Experience in Workday HCM and specific modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent is a plus
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
