Job Description

eXplore Tires Supply Chain Management Graduate Program with focus on international tasks, digital transformation and comprehensive training on the job
Learning assignments with regard to Global Supply Chain Management in central as well as international experience in market/plant locations
Network through involvement in Global Supply Chain Management
Cross-functional Networking with Manufacturing & Engineering, Manufacturing Controlling and R&D Trainee Programs
Global market & plant assignments compulsory within the program
Defined project tasks
Operational experience as first on-the-job assignments in plant operations
Operational experience as first on-the-job assignments in market demand management
Operational experience as first on-the-job assignments in central SCM key functions
Focus in assignments on data analytics & digitalization of processes

Qualifications

Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration or comparable degree with a focus on Logistics / SCM
Fluent in English and preferably in a further foreign language
Mobility and willingness to travel
Ambition for high performance
Open-minded, responsible team player
Delivering Results, Problem Solving, Strong Analytical Skills, Communicating Effectively
Experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement preferable
Keen interest in digitalization, data base administration, big data and automation of processes
Passion for Supply Chain Management and Logistics
