ÜBERGEORDNETER ZWECK DER TÄTIGKEIT
Ihre Aufgabe ist die eigenständige Durchführung und Koordination von buchhalterischen und Controlling bezogenen Tätigkeiten in internationalen Projekten mittels der POC-Methode. Sie erstellen Budgetprognosen und langfristige Planungen, analysieren und prüfen die Umsatz- und Gewinnverteilung und bereiten Ergebnisdiskussionen vor. Sie dokumentieren Projekte gemäß Buchhaltungsrichtlinien, unterstützen systemtechnisch im SAP-System und fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für die Abteilungsleitung und Fachabteilungen im Projektcontrolling.
AUFGABEN
Selbstständige Durchführung des Accounting und Controlling der internationalen Projekte nach der POC-Methode.
Selbstständige Koordination und Erstellung von Budget-Forecasts und Langfristigen Planungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Projektleitern.
Selbstständige Ermittlung der sich für das aktuelle Jahr ergebenden Umsatz- und Ergebnisverteilung mit Abweichungsanalyse sowie Verifizierung mit der Abteilungsleitung.
Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Präsentation und Moderation der Ergebnisbesprechung, Ansprechpartner bei Rückfragen.
Eigenverantwortliche Projektdokumentation gem. Rechnungslegungsgrundlagen nach vorgegebenen Abläufen.
Übernahme der systemtechnischen Betreuung und Abwicklung der Projekte im SAP-System.
Erster Absprechpartner für die Abteilungsleitung und die Fachabteilung im Bereich Projektcontrolling.
Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen.
QUALIFIKATIONEN & ERFAHRUNGEN
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Statistik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich/ vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise mehr als 3 Jahre, im Projektcontrolling.
Erfahrung im Projekt-Kostenrechnungswesen und Reporting.
Gründliche Kenntnisse des IFRS-Projektrechnungswesens.
Sicherer Umgang mit fortgeschrittenen Excel-Funktionen (Pivot-Tabellen, Datensegmentierung, Power Pivot, Erstellung von Formularen, Makros, u.s.w.), Kenntnisse in Power BI sind von Vorteil.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Gute MS-Office- und SAP-R/3-Kenntnisse.
Nachgewiesene Teamfähigkeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in Kombination mit effektiver Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Your task is the independent execution and coordination of accounting and controlling activities in international projects using the POC method. You will create budget forecasts and long-term planning, analyze and verify sales and profit distribution, and prepare results discussions. You will document projects according to accounting principles, provide system support in the SAP system, and act as the first point of contact for the department management and specialist departments in project controlling.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independent implementation of accounting and controlling of international projects using the POC method.
Independent coordination and creation of budget forecasts and long-term planning in collaboration with the responsible project managers.
Independent determination of the sales and profit distribution for the current year with deviation analysis and verification with the department management.
Independent preparation, presentation and moderation of the results discussion, contact person for questions.
Independent project documentation according to accounting principles according to specified processes.
Taking over the system technical support and processing of projects in the SAP system.
First contact person for the department management and the specialist department in the area of project controlling.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field or a comparable training.
Several years of professional experience, preferably more than 3 years, in project controlling.
Thorough knowledge of IFRS project accounting.
Domain of advanced Excel (PivotTables, data segmentation, Power Pivot, creation of forms, macros, creation of buttons), Power BI is considered a Plus.
Fluent spoken and written German and English skills.
Sound MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge.
Demonstrated teamwork skills, adaptability, and a meticulous work ethic.
Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.
