Business Assistant / Office Assistant (Finance)

To better support our business operations, we are now looking for a full-time office assistant to join our team and assist with daily administrative and office management tasks.
Job responsibilities:
Multinational communication and cooperation: Responsible for maintaining close contact with colleagues at home and abroad, supporting cross-departmental and cross-border collaboration, ensuring smooth and error-free information communication, and facilitating the smooth progress of projects.
Administrative support: Assist superiors in completing various daily administrative support tasks, including arranging meetings, managing schedules, sorting relevant documents, etc., to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the office.
Procurement process management and coordination: Responsible for supporting and controlling the company's procurement process to ensure the smooth procurement of goods and services; at the same time, coordinating daily communication between various departments within the company to ensure the timely and accurate transmission of information in the procurement and other business processes.
Goods receipt and logistics management: Responsible for the daily management of the receipt, packaging, import and export of goods to ensure the efficient and safe flow of goods; maintaining communication with logistics suppliers, customs and other relevant parties to ensure that goods are delivered on time and handled properly.
Commercial processing tasks: Participate in daily commercial processing work, including invoicing, order processing, customer account management, etc., to ensure the smooth development of the company's various businesses.
Business and organisational tasks: Responsible for internal company communications and document management, ensuring the filing and circulation of important documents, and supporting the organisation and implementation of various business activities of the company.
Job requirements:

  • Finance-related major is preferred
  • Proficient in Chinese, German and English, with the ability to work in multiple languages
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong sense of organisation
  • Responsible, excellent communication skills and a team spirit
